Getting Started

How do I connect my ad platforms?
Go to Platform Connections in your dashboard and click Connect next to each platform. We use official OAuth — you will be redirected to the platform to authorize read-only access. No passwords are shared with Incade.
What is the minimum ad spend to use Incade?
We recommend a minimum of $3,000/month in total ad spend across all platforms. Below this level, there may not be enough data to generate statistically meaningful recommendations.
How long does setup take?
Most users are fully set up in under 10 minutes. Connect your platforms, connect your revenue source (Shopify or Stripe), and your first recommendations will be ready the following Monday.
Which revenue sources does Incade support?
Currently Shopify and Stripe. We also support Google Analytics GA4 for additional context. More revenue integrations are on the roadmap.
Do I need to install any code on my website?
No. Incade connects to your ad platforms and revenue sources via official APIs. No tracking code or pixel installation required.

Understanding Decisions

What does Cut, Keep, or Scale mean?
Cut means reduce or pause spend on this channel — it is underperforming relative to your blended ROAS. Keep means maintain current spend — performance is stable. Scale means increase spend — this channel is generating strong returns.
What is a confidence score?
Every recommendation includes a confidence score (Low, Medium, or High) that reflects how much data we have and how consistent the signal is. High confidence means the pattern is clear and consistent. Low confidence means there is limited data or mixed signals.
How is blended ROAS calculated?
Blended ROAS = Total Revenue (from Shopify or Stripe) divided by Total Ad Spend (across all platforms). This eliminates the double-counting problem where each platform claims credit for the same sale.
Why might my recommendation change week to week?
Ad performance changes constantly. Recommendations are recalculated every week based on the most recent 7 days of data. A channel that was performing well last week may show signs of fatigue this week.
Can I override a recommendation?
Yes. Incade provides recommendations — the final decision is always yours. You can note your reasoning in the decisions center and track outcomes over time.

Billing and Plans

How does the free trial work?
7 days free with full access to all features of your chosen plan. No credit card required to start. At the end of the trial, you can choose to subscribe or your account will be downgraded.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Bank transfers are available for Enterprise plans.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings at any time. No cancellation fees. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate Incade before paying. For billing questions or disputes, please visit our contact page.

Agencies

Can I manage multiple client accounts?
Yes. The Agency Dashboard (Scale plan and above) lets you manage multiple client accounts from a single login. Each client has their own data, decisions, and reports.
Can I invite team members?
Yes. You can invite team members with different roles. Admins have full access. Analysts can view reports and decisions but cannot change settings.
Can I white-label reports for clients?
White-label reporting is available on the Scale and Enterprise plans. Visit our contact page to discuss your requirements.
Is there a partner program for agencies?
Yes. Visit our Partner Program page to learn about earning recurring commission for every client you refer to Incade.

Privacy and Security

Does Incade see my ad account passwords?
No. We use OAuth 2.0 for all platform connections. You authorize access directly with each platform — Incade never sees or stores your passwords.
Can Incade modify my campaigns?
No. Incade has read-only access to your ad accounts. We can never create, edit, pause, or delete campaigns, ads, or budgets.
How is my data encrypted?
All OAuth tokens and sensitive data are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Data in transit is protected by TLS 1.3.
Is Incade GDPR compliant?
Yes. Incade is operated by Eurekana Sp. z o.o., registered in Poland (EU). We are fully GDPR compliant. You can request data deletion at any time via our contact page.
Where is my data stored?
Data is stored in EU-based data centers. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
