Billing Policy

Everything you need to know about subscriptions, payments, and billing.

Subscription Plans

Incade offers three subscription tiers designed to meet different business needs:

  • Starter Plan: Ideal for small businesses managing $1,000–$15,000 monthly ad spend
  • Growth Plan: For scaling businesses with $15,000–$50,000 monthly ad spend
  • Scale Plan: Enterprise solution for businesses spending $50,000+ monthly

Current pricing is available on our pricing page. Plans can be paid monthly or annually (with annual billing offering a discount).

Free Trial

All new customers receive a 7-day free trial with access to full features.

  • • No credit card required to start the trial
  • • Full access to all platform features during trial period
  • • Trial ends automatically after 7 days
  • • You must select a paid plan to continue using Incade after trial expiration
  • • One free trial per organization

Billing Cycle

3.1 Monthly Billing

Billed on the same day each month. For example, if you subscribe on January 15th, you'll be charged on the 15th of each subsequent month.

3.2 Annual Billing

Billed once per year. Annual plans offer a discount compared to monthly billing (typically 2 months free when paying annually).

3.3 Billing Date

All subscriptions are billed in advance. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods via Stripe:

  • • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • • Debit cards
  • • SEPA Direct Debit (European customers)
  • • Bank transfers (for annual Enterprise plans)

All payment information is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your complete credit card details on our servers.

Failed Payments

If your payment fails:

  1. 1. We will attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times over 7 days
  2. 2. You will receive email notifications for each failed attempt
  3. 3. If all attempts fail, your account will be suspended
  4. 4. Your data remains secure during suspension for 30 days
  5. 5. After 30 days of non-payment, your account may be permanently deleted

Update your payment method in Settings → Billing to resolve payment issues.

Refund Policy

General Policy: All fees are non-refundable except in the following cases:

  • • If we cancel your account due to our error
  • • If required by applicable consumer protection laws
  • • Technical issues on our end that prevent service access for 7+ consecutive days

No refunds for partial months. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Plan Changes

7.1 Upgrading

When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan, you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle. The new plan takes effect immediately.

7.2 Downgrading

When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund for the difference.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription.

  • • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • • You retain full access until the billing period ends
  • • No refunds for the current billing period
  • • Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation for potential reactivation
  • • You can reactivate anytime within 30 days with no data loss

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price changes take effect for existing subscribers.

Continued use of the service after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Taxes

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to your subscription in your jurisdiction.

For EU customers, VAT may be applied based on your location. VAT-compliant invoices are available in your billing dashboard.
