Incade offers three subscription tiers designed to meet different business needs:
Current pricing is available on our pricing page. Plans can be paid monthly or annually (with annual billing offering a discount).
All new customers receive a 7-day free trial with access to full features.
Billed on the same day each month. For example, if you subscribe on January 15th, you'll be charged on the 15th of each subsequent month.
Billed once per year. Annual plans offer a discount compared to monthly billing (typically 2 months free when paying annually).
All subscriptions are billed in advance. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.
We accept the following payment methods via Stripe:
All payment information is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your complete credit card details on our servers.
If your payment fails:
Update your payment method in Settings → Billing to resolve payment issues.
General Policy: All fees are non-refundable except in the following cases:
No refunds for partial months. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan, you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle. The new plan takes effect immediately.
When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund for the difference.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription.
We reserve the right to change our pricing. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price changes take effect for existing subscribers.
Continued use of the service after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to your subscription in your jurisdiction.
For EU customers, VAT may be applied based on your location. VAT-compliant invoices are available in your billing dashboard.
